I came back for Adela at Elements salon because I was so happy with the service the first time around In November. I asked for a trim, she wanted to get rid of the coloured ends, so she showed me a certain length with her hands which I agreed to and then proceeded to cut my hair. By the time she was done, she had butchered my hair length. When I told her that she has cut more than she had shown, she went on to defend that she cut exactly what she showed. So, I proceeded to ask her how much in inches, she couldn’t tell me. It baffles me how a qualified hair dresser doesn’t know how many inches they have cut. Further on, she finally said she has cut 5 cms because she doesn’t get inches - fair enough. 5 cms is roughly 2 inches. I was unhappy about the overall hair cut because I am confident that more than 4 inches have been butchered off. When, I went to complain about this to the manager and mentioned that I was unhappy with the hair cut - he was not only unhelpful in giving any solution but also went on to threaten that he will put my picture up on the review so people could judge how bad the hair cut was. The logic - irrespective of whether the client is happy, as long as they are happy - who cares? Customer service at its finest! For everyone’s convenience, I have added pictures of before and after, so you can decide if whether she understood what 2 inches mean?
