My colour came out beautifully but sadly my haircut itself did not. It looks incredibly shoddy and I'm quite frustrated about it. The colour for a start wasn’t actually quite what I had in mind, however, the end result still looks really nice and I am happy with it. The cut is ridiculous, my hair was simply put to the front and the length cut with a big pair of scissors, I was told it would be tidied up at the end but it wasn’t. I was also asked if I wanted layers halfway through my colour but I didn’t even get layers. The back of my hair was cut to length but the front got no attention. The trim of my fringe was almost non existent. I could probably only see like five hairs floating in front of my face that got any cut, if you can even call it that. Very disappointed for the money I spent. Definitely will not return and will have my hair cut properly somewhere else.
