The price paid was not reflected in the quality of the treatments or service received. I did not feel welcomed in the salon and some staff seemed plain miserable, including the technician who carried out my treatments. Although she was polite and tried to resolve some issues, the nail technician did not seem proficient with the task at hand. Rough skin visibly left on my toe, uneven application of varnish, had to request several finger nails to be refilled as uneven, blotch left on my thumbnail - never experienced this with gel before. I’d also recommend to have appropriate equipment for a pedi and mani. Never had a pedi without foot scrub, a drier to set the varnish or a mani without soaking fingernails in my life. Asked if there were different types of mani as perhaps I’d booked for the wring thing but told this was all you did. Definitely not luxury and definitely not worth the price paid. Really disappointed as you want to leave an £86 appointment feeling good, rather than contemplating having to go elsewhere to have gel nails fixed and redo your own toes at home.

I booked an appointment via the app to get my nails done before Christmas. I saw sample nails displayed with nail art alongside non nail art samples and wanted a combination of these. The nail technician refused to give me pricing info, said I would need a longer appointment for this and a different person to do this. I wasn't able to select the service I wanted on the app, nothing advertised on social media. My appointment was rushed, my nails are not shiny all over, think she missed the upper coating on one nail . I feel very disappointed overall.

I am fairly uninformed about the various nail treatments I can have and feel that I was given insufficient advice during my visit. There seems to be an assumption that I understand the treatment options and little in the way of explaining what I could have and what was suitable for me. Having said that i am happy with my nails.

I felt like the therapist was bored and rushing through my treatment. In addition, she barely spent 20minutes on my 30-minute treatment.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The space clean and welcoming. My manicure was done by a really sweet trainee but she clearly needs some more guidance as it had to be redone. Everyone was very apologetic and I did leave happier. With more guidance and practice, she could be a really good technician. I do think the price for a trainee is a little excessive and should be more like £25. I rated 1 for professional advice, as I didn't receive any.

My treatment began over 20mins late and I felt the therapist was rushed during it. This is unlike Evie's as I have been many times before.
