As always, I am delighted with my haircut from Amy! She gave me some great advice about my hair queries too. However, over my last 5/6 visits, I have been disappointed with the hair wash service that I have received. Each time, I don’t feel like my hair has been properly cleaned as the person washing my hair only rubs the shampoo on the top layer of my hair and doesn’t actually get into my scalp. This has meant that on a few occasions, I have had to re-wash my hair later in the day as I have found it to still be dirty/have shampoo residue in it. This is disappointing because I love having my hair cut by Amy, and the hair wash service just puts a slight dampener on the experience.

This such a warm, friendly and welcoming salon. I frequently recommend it to people that I know. Taylor coloured and cut my hair today. She took time to understand what I was looking for as I was going for a bit of a change. She checked throughout the cut to make sure it was what I had in mind. Such a professional job. I absolutely love it!

Today was my second visit at Amy Kelly Hair, and once again it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had returned here this time, as my first visit was so welcoming. Today was much the same - a lovely welcome at the door by Ainsley who immediately took my coat and offered me a hot drink. I was seated promptly by Nicole who listened to what I was looking for, and provided and friendly and professional service. The salon is always busy with such a buzz about the place, and all stylists are always smiling, friendly, and compliment their client (and other clients’) hair. It’s always a really lovely atmosphere and I hope to become a regular. I can’t fault anything at all and I’m really pleased with today’s cut and blowdry by Nicole & Ainsley. Thanks girls :)

Always very well looked after at salon Amy and I have been going to this place for many years. All staff are so attentive and make sure you are comfortable and take time to discuss what you would like done to your hair. Never been disappointed - thanks. Amy

Such a friendly welcoming salon. Nicole took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and got me to show a picture. She got the colour perfect and cut was great as ever. Can’t rate the salon highly enough.
