I wanted just 1 inch off my layers. Robbie didn't ask and literally chopped off my hair around 2 cm. They are so short,another year wait for that much length. My daugther gave a refrence and didn't want front bangs. She was so unhappy that she tied her hair as soon as we are back home.This time our experience was not satisfying.

Robbie was brilliant with both of my children, listened to what that would like done to their hair. He checked with me that I was happy for what they wanted. He took time with both to talk to them and show them what their knew length would be before going ahead. He had great patience with both (even though one kept fidgeting) and my son (who struggles with getting his hair cut) has already said he wants Robbie to cut his hair next time.

I have been going to supercuts for some years and always have Robbie, he is brilliant and always cuts my hair perfectly, he is so friendly, I certainly wouldn't go to anyone else
