I started going to Billy Basin five years ago prior to my daughter's wedding - my daughter insisted that I did as I had neglected my hair and she paid for my first cut and colour. I had never been very keen on visits to the hairdressers, but that changed when I became a regular at Billy Basin. The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great and I've been given good advice about my cut and the colour. It is always a very pleasurable experience to visit Billy Basin, and I drive about 8 miles from south west London to Hampton Hill, passing countless salons on the way, for my cut and colour - so it must be good!
