The overall experience has not been good. I appreciate they tried to fix the original colour issue, but after over 6 hours i effectively spent £90 plus £6.50 in parking and end up with a colour that looks like a home kit. I have a massive block of red at oneside , the foils are not even a tiny bit subtle. My hair looks like a bad home kit and i have to wear it like that for my birthday because it has already been died twice in 2 days. I didnt see any point in feeding back to the salon because they thought the colour was fine when they blow dried it. My family pointed out the big block of colour down the oneside, and think the colour is awful. I think colour training is clearly required
