I came in for a cut and blow dry and and KeraStraight - 30 day treatment. Although my hair looked great when I left the salon, it is now back to how it was before I visited the salon - dry and wavy. I used the recommended shampoo on my hair following my treatment, but I feel very disappointed that I am having to use my straightening irons in order to make my hair look straight. I would not recommend the KeraStraight - 30 day treatment to anyone.

I realise we are in strange times and things take longer now. I think you should bear this in mind when giving out appointments. If cleaning and other things take longer then factor that in between customers rather than make customers wait outside for half an hour! Aldo prices very expensive. However I am very satisfied with the head massage and neat cut!!

Lovely relaxing surroundings. Great haircut from Mandy. Talked through what I wanted first and explained some of the problems I have had with my hair. Felt I was listened to and now have a new hairstyle which I really like.
