A new lady Emily from Balham is lovely. I was worried about returning as no Luke but Emily is excellent. Salon dirty skirting boards and hair on plug sockets. I don’t like the staff constantly walking through the hair washing room a different lay out would be more relaxing. I’m thinking of changing salon now Luke has gone I will stay until the world is back to normal July/September and see what the salon is like then .

Never been to the Salon before and frankly the reception staff very stand offish and not very welcoming - hostile attitude. The smell of ammonia was pungent and stung my nose - if there not a ventilator to circulate fresh air for the customers but also for the staff health? Ashley my stylist was AMAZING! She was professional, clearly explained her process and listened to my requirements.

So I booked appointment for olaplex treatment. I arrived before booked time I waited patiently and yet I spoke to my hairdresser 15 min from booked time. I wouldn’t mind , good things take time - right ? Everyone was so welcome so warm , I had water and coffee I had neck massage it was truly amazing experience yet without even touching my hair. I had Olaplex 1,2 series, follow by none Olaplex shampoo ( herbal shampoo instead) follow by olaplex conditioner number 5- great . So far so good. 1,5 later I had my hair dry by Andrea who is still learning she was gentle and kind. On my check out I was asked to pay deposit towards next appointment which I find bizarre, I declined. Today cost of appointment was £65 and that was£35 for olaplex and £30 for blow and dry . Which my hairdresser spent 2 last minutes and that was my blow and dry. I think he could do much better , please take a look at attached photo , do I look like I had blow and dry to you ? I am aware my hair are unruly but for him to spent 2 min styling my hair and charging me for that £30 seems no right .

As always I enjoy coming to the salon as always well treated and the head and shoulder massage is always a treat. On this occasion I had a different stylist from the person who normally cuts my hair and the overall cut didnt quite live up to expectations.

Overall I had a good experience. I have to say the customer service at Edward Jones Does seem to go up and down. Having said thatbI love the décor and in my opinion it is the nicest and most relaxing salon in Putney.

I’m a regular customer at the salon in Putney and love having a cut and split end treatment. Brenda always does a fabulous job and I always leave really happy after my appointment. The team are really attentive and kind too. However, today I felt deflated when I left my appointment with a different stylist as I didn’t get the results I was hoping for. I was so nervous to raise my concerns as I don’t want to critique someone’s profession but I knew it wasn’t the same as I had had before. When I went to pay I mentioned my concerns to the lady on reception but I felt dismissed and rushed for the payment. I want to remain as a regular customer to the salon, I just hope I don’t have the same experience next time as I now travel over an hour for my appointment.
