I have had amazing experience at Open in the past, especially with Larissa. But today was disapointing. Usually the salon is busy, vibrant, energysing and welcoming. Today was very quiet and couldnt wait to go home. Even my hair were still half wet when i left. It may be miscommunication or my hope were too high or not explained well.

The salon feels a little crowded and as a result noisy and I'm not keen on the steep stairs for hair washing but that said it is bright, lively, friendly and clean and the service from Sam perfect.

Really lovely experience. Very understanding; knowledgeable and relaxed hair dresser. Listened carefully to my wants and needs and I felt at ease right away. Felt able to sit quietly at times without it being awkward. Love my new cut
