Today I visited Sarah for an Indian head massage and I can honestly say this was the best Indian head massage I have ever had. It was so relaxing and truly did the job of de-stressing me! Sarah was the true professional that she always is and the salon was immaculate. I have metalwork all down my spine due to multiple spine problems and Sarah even had a heated blanket on the bed to help to ease any pains I was feeling in my back whilst having the massage. Thankyou Sarah. I will definitely return in the future.

Essentials is a lovely salon, beautifully clean, uncluttered and very calm...and the treatment couch is heated! The owner, Sarah, welcomes everyone in a warm and friendly way while remaining very professional. It is clear that she has been trained to a very high standard. There is a huge range of treatments available and the prices are clearly laid out. All in all, whatever treatment you choose, you will leave having had a really lovely experience at Essentials salon.

Even though Sarah is a longterm friend she always treats me with respect and remains professional at all times. I always feel very welcome and relaxed in the salon. I would feel confident to recommend Sarah to any of my friends and family.

Sarah is a fabulous therapist, all the treatments I have received, from manicures, facials,massage have all been brilliant. Sarah is the best out there and I would highly recommend Essentials.
