I was booked in with Donna at 3:30 for a blow dry. I booked in with Donna because I know she does my hair well. It wasn’t Donna who did my hair and there was no explanation why it was somebody else.As my hair is naturally curly, it does need a good blow dry and products on it to keep it smooth.I explained this to the girl who did my hair. I only had a tiny amount of smoothing cream placed at the back of my head and not all over. The blowdry left my hair extremely frizzy due to having hardly any product on it. I never would normally send a review like this as I have always been happy leaving the salon and have been coming to you for many years. Just an explanation or phone call to tell me why Donna couldn’t do my hair would’ve been nice beforehand as I would’ve booked with somebody with a bit more experience.

Unfortunately my hair cut is bad. It was all one length, I wanted some layers in the back and about 1/2 shorter. Now I have a very straggly longer length then a heavy layer about two inches higher, more on the right than the left. The stylist was running late which didn’t matter to me but she rushed it. Oh dear, it’s a mess, not sure what I can do!

Mostly new young hairdresser. No conversation going while cutting hair. Didn’t like my haircut at all. Not worth what I pay for. Better go to more experienced one.

I have been a regular customer for a few years & on whole very happily with my colour & if something isn’t right it is sorted out straight away. Communication broke down & notes weren’t made from my last appointment, so when my hair was coloured this the salon was busy they were running behind so quite rushed & not the same person who coloured it last time. So the conversation about what they were going to try this time was not on my notes & my hair looks more balayage hair as my roots are bolder than the length & that was not what I wanted. I was advised to book in for a full hair colour which I have had a few times before but thought this time we were doing a toner or coloured conditioner on lengths. To be honest a bit disappointed with my hair this time around whereas usually leave feeling great about my hair.

I showed the lady what I wanted. She totally disregarded this and asked what number razor I wanted. (The hair style I wanted didn’t need a razor). I’m not comfortable with talking to people as I’m only young. I like longer hair styles as the suit me better, but I’ve been left with a very short cut. My hairdresser is meant to be one of the best there and a lvl 4 but after today I would rather her to a level 1.
