I’m really sorry to say but I’ve had a poor experience today. My understanding was I would see Tom as that’s who I originally booked with. He was ill on Tuesday so that appointment was rearranged by staff. No one told me it would be with someone else. My hair cut is poor. One side was longer than the other, the cut looked basin like with little shape, although it was cut shorter in length as requested. I’ve had to cut the sides myself. I’m really sorry, I’ve never felt so let down. The person who cut my hair was pleasant enough however. Sorry again as no one likes to hear this. Davina

I asked for a straight shoulder length cut but instead got a round jaw line cut, I got home and found loads of long bits around my neck line the cut is absolutely awful the only way to fix it is to either to even shorter or get hair extensions definitely will not return or recommend completely ruined my self confidence

When booking online the client should be told exactly how much it is, rather than give you a name of a stylist. I was shocked to be charged £49.50 when I was not advised what level the stylist was.

As you know my last extensions looked like spaghetti. Unfortunately, these tape ones are even worse and are full of tats , look like dry candy floss . Amber kindly gave me some treatment to try and so I will try this . However, the day after Amber doing my hair it was really dry and like fuzzy floss , which means I am having to try treatments because of this . Please contact me in a few days to discuss. It’s really disappointing as I feel self conscious as my hair looks so brittle and dry with these .

Excellent hairdressers but very expensive and same price regardless of whether it is a trim or restyle.
