Spent £36 for luxury manicure, I gave girl a picture of nails and asked if she could do this, no I can't do this, someone else would have to do this. I was given around 100 colours to chose from, I picked 1 she came back and said we don't have that one, I picked another one she came back and said we don't have that one but here's something similar. I said I really wanted something a bit glittered, she said I can put a grapefruit coat on and it'll be a shimmer. But again not available, I said it's a bit pale, nail assistant said we can put an extra coat on. After 1 hour and 20 mins, I had to go as I was worried I case I had a parking ticket. Got home after 10 mins I had a chip. Complete waste of money, won't be back

I have been coming to Moi for about 8 years. The service I have received has been outstanding. 10 days ago I had shellac removal from toes and a pedicure. While the Shellac was soaking off I had waxing on my face. The girl who did my treatments was really not competent. The footbath was cold.When I told her she then brought a mug of boiling water and poured it into the foobath while splashing some on to my foot! She then put cream on my feet while still in the footbath, it just went everywhere. She started cutting my cuticles on my big toe drawing blood, twice. I refused to allow her to do more. This treatment lasted one and three quarter hours. For years I have come to Moi and have the same procedures and even more done in a lot less time. When I went to the desk at the end the Manager,who had been on the phone for most of the time,asked me how my treatment was. I answered that the girl was not satisfactory.The treatments also took far too long. The Manager was quite confrontational telling me that is the usual time, sometimes cuticle cutting draws blood. Sorry Claire I won't be back.

Last night i went for a pregnancy massage/facial and unfortunatley it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for. During the whole treatment i heard voices/music outside the room along with what sounded like wrapping being taken off new products, which should have been done prior to my arrival. However worse was to come when the spray tan machine next door started, completely ruining my treatement experince. It is a real shame this happened as the treatment itself was nice but the overall experience was really poor. This was a christmas present that i was really looking forward to using.

Moi is a beautiful salon and I love going there however I was not happy with the output of my appointment. I booked combo fluffy brows and LVL. I am very happy with the output of the LVL they look great, but my brows were completely rushed. They look unsymetrical and they are not shaped to how I like. I would have expected to be asked how I like them to be shaped. Instead the appointment was clearly rushed because the eyebrow artist was running out of time. She spent too much time faffing in the begging and brushing my brows that she lost time to actually do them properly. I was also unhappy with how dark they were and the quality of the waxing, she did try to fix both of these. I would say the colour was significantly better when she took some of the tint off, they looked black and I asked for my natural colour (I am blonde). She did also try to fix the wax a bit, but she clearly didnt have the time to do them properly and they just arent up scratch.

I was booked for eyelash tint and eyebrow shape. The lash tint was great and I am very happy with it however, the eyebrow shape, when I checked in my mirror at home I could see lots of hairs that had been missed and had to pluck this myself.
