I booked a dry cut for £18 but was charged £27. I believe it was because my cut took just over 30 minutes, however my appointment was at 10:15 and the barber called me at 10:26, so there shouldn’t have been a reason to charge me more in my view. £27 is for a shampoo, cut and finish, which I didn’t receive despite paying for one. I won’t be returning as I can’t be certain I’ll receive what I booked for.
