I am new to curly hair and was expecting to be taught about curly hair and how to manage it and look after it. This didn’t happen. My stylist was lovely but seemed distracted and didn’t really talk me through anything. I felt uncomfortable with not really knowing what was going on and so my sister kept asking the stylist questions and asked her to explain everything to me and she just wasn’t forthcoming. I was not offered a massage and did not receive a massage during conditioning which my sister pointed out. Overall it was a very average experience and definitely not worth the luxury price tag.

I did not get a head massage as advertised. I specifically asked for my hair not to be flat on top and that I liked some height. It was pancake flat. I also asked for short bits around my face. Not done. The curling and drying was good but a lot of water ran down my back and front.

Good hairdressers which is the main thing, very nice coffee, lovely head massage. Perhaps its time for the salon to have a bit of a freshen up?

The quality of my cut is astounding. This was my first visit and it was an absolute joy. I have hated every single hair cut I have ever had so loving my cut was a complete shock! I am so grateful for the time and kindness offered by the staff and cannot wait to come back.
