I would give Open 10/10 for everything l, but they use very junior, inexperienced apprentices to blow dry as a standard after a colour appointment. The blow dry is such an important part of the salon experience for me l, so it is disappointing when this part is not a high standard. Overall I love the salon and I have recommended it to many friends, but I would rather pay a bit more for my colour to have a professional blow dry, so I think the management should consider this and not just assume that clients will be ok with an unprofessional finish.
