After a bad experience at a different Salon I was a bit apprehensive prior to my appointment, however I needn’t have been. My appointment with Emma was fab and my hair looks amazing…. I felt totally at ease through out and like I say my hair looks and feels great. Thank you Emma 😊

I always feel welcomed, the staff is really friendly and customer service fantastic! I had tried to make a booking with Charlotte (she´s the one usually does my hair) but she was busy the whole day so just booked for any of the other girls. When I got there, lovely Emma was the one selected and once I told her I was used to Charlotte she simply asked her if she would have time to do my hair, which of course, she did. This was excellent customer service! I also need to comment that some months ago I had an accident with my car just after leaving the salon and the staff was very supportive, something invaluable in those moments. Do I feel as a valued customer? I do! Do I recommend them? Always! What would be my last -but not least- comment? Reds Hair & Beauty truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service—leaving me feeling pampered, refreshed, and ready to shine!

A very good visit to Reds Hairdressing today. My Daughter loved her deep conditioning treatment. We were both treated very well by the staff and everything was a pleasure from start to finish. The only minor point to note was that there didn't seem to be a great deal of colour advice. Fortunately I knew pretty much what I wanted but there didn't seem to be a great deal of choice of different shades. There may be a good reason for this so apologies if this is the case. The Redken Volumising Spray was amazing. Just wish I could afford to use it more often! Couldn't fault the staff and when the lady washed my hair she did so thoroughly and gently and my head didn't feel like a football that had been used in a few matches afterwards.

Always a pleasure to visit this salon. Wonderful CASI as always from the super professional Nicola. Also had a fabulous pedicure from new recruit Victoria. Highly recommended.
