The salon was busy on the day that I got my cut and colour so I was passed to different people at various points throughout my appointment. I paid for one of the top stylists but was disappointed to be blow dried by the trainee who was only a month into her training. I had booked for a special occasion.

Lovely surprise to have received a £15 birthday voucher, but in general it is becoming quite pricey compared to other salons.
