The staff are warm, friendly and professional. The advice given to me for both my hair and my beauty treatments was above and beyond my expectations, making me fell valued. The attention to detail from the lemon iced water to the new client welcome pack along with the complimentary massages made the entire experience luxurious. Looking forward to returning.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect, as I was early I had a coffee and read the magazines. My style was discussed followed by a wonderful shoulder massage and then onto the hair wash, the type of shampoo was suggested and the wash was pleasant. Back to my seat where I was confident enough to sit with my eyes closed and just relax and let Louise cut my hair, I am very pleased with the style. The whole experience was a pleasure complete with a complimentary hand and arm massage - wonderful. Thankyou

Beautiful setting tucked away in lovely Rye. A fantastic and well needed massage followed by a glass of water and a lemon sorbet in the beautiful surroundings We will definitely be back
