It was a freezing night but as soon as I stepped into the salon the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness of everybody soon made you forget about that. Sandra the receptionist is so welcoming and rather than a customer it is like being greeted into a family. As always I received prompt service and a lovely cup of coffee and biscuit just what was needed. Kayleigh my hairdresser is superb and professional and I thoroughly enjoy my visit. Unfortunately the time passes by too quickly but it is so enjoyable when I am there.

First visit to this salon in years, i felt very welcomed, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Kerry talked to me about my hair what i like and dont like, she listened and made excellent suggestions. I had my hair washed and a head massage and it was lovely, very relaxing. Thank you so much, I love my new colour and style. x
