Hair washing was a bit rushed and cold (wasn’t asked if it was ok) Would have been nice to be offered a drink but understand if you’re too busy reopening

The hairdresser Julia was amazing! She managed to fix a terrible haircut done by some other hairdresser. Very skilled and professional. Also a very nice person to talk to. I would highly recommend her. My husband also gets his haircut by her and is always very happy. However, the place should improve on the support staff. I was waiting at least 10 min if not more to pay as the receptionist was on the phone with some clients which took ages. The payment itself took 10 seconds. She kept two clients waiting while talking to someone on the phone for a long time. She has not even apologised about it. When prompted she gave me a sign to wait and not disturb her which was very rude. She should either excuse the caller and take the payments from people waiting or at least to apologise to us for the long wait. It was obvious the only thing she cared about was the caller who was trying to book a new appointment. Julia was coming to chat to help the situation but she could not take the payment.
