First appointment at this salon & I loved it. I booked for a Brazilian blowout, the results are incredible. The staff were so friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. Will be booking for future services here without a doubt!

I booked for a wash, cut and curl but realised halfway through my hair being dried that the hairdresser was blowing it out straight. I'd not been asked how I wanted it finishing, or even where my part sits, and was too embarrassed to say by the point I realised. The blowdry itself was frizzy and lumpy, even after being gone over with straighteners. I was then charged for the original service I'd paid for which was more expensive than what I received. I definitely wasn't happy with the service and won't be returning.

I had a wash and blowdry with Bobby I believe and honestly it was the best blowdry I’ve ever received. He recommended a treatment too to help with my matted extensions and when I left it was like brand new. I find it so difficult looking after my hair especially around this time of year but they certainly know what they’re doing. I will definitely be returning here for my colour and hair extensions. Thankyou so much for a lovely experience and a welcoming atmosphere unlike some stuck up salons. Thankyou so much Bobby for saving my hair!

It's a friendly family run salon.They were running 1 hour late but that's fine it happens. I do not feel I got what I asked for and for almost £ 75 I am very disappointed.I felt that I kept getting told next time we will get the colour you want to get another appointment out of me. The colour I wanted has been achieved many times before. My cut is questionable ( uneven and I asked for it to be straight and some layers, there is layers yes but they are not blended in ) again not what I asked for. I am sorry to leave this review and I didn't complain while I was there as my hair was curled and when they had dropped out I noticed the cut and colour. I did make another appointment but unfortunately I will be cancelling.I don't have the funds to be paying to have it corrected elsewhere.
