From the hair allergy test to the chemical hair straightening appointment and cut, I was welcomed and felt comfortable with all the staff in the salon. The business is family run and you can really tell with the sense of friendly community (and also the cute dogs) :). I was told in detail all the steps that will be taken for my hair straightening as well as suggestions for how I should cut and maintain my hair. Staff constently check up on you and make sure you’re feeling okay during the entire process and whether you need anything, like teas coffees etc… I’ve had my hair chemically straightened at other salons but it’s safe to say that this might be my best experience so far, will definitely be coming back in the future when my hair needs touching up!
