I had come in on the wrong day and the lady at the desk (with long blonde hair and a shell necklace) went out of her way to accommodate me and fitted me in later that day which was so appreciated as I was desperate for a cut having damaged my hair the day before. The lady who cut my hair, not sure of her name but think it was storm was brilliant. Fantastic service, made me feel at ease and was really happy with my hair. Thank you for a great experience!
