I booked an appointment on the off chance and cannot recommend Louise and the salon enough, I went in feeling really dull and fed up with my hair and have come out feeling brilliant. Beautiful cut, lovely people and environment, Thank you 😊

It wasn't just a beautiful haircut and blow dry I received, but also the most wonderful service experience which elevated the whole visit. I left feeling cared for, lighter in my spirit as well as a million dollars with my hair done. The cheerful, thoughtfulness of the staff is second to none and I'm very pleased with my haircut too.

One piece of feedback that I would like to share is that clients who are sitting in the hair washing room can see through the mirrors to the behaviour of the staff who are washing the hair of others. I saw some staff members look to each other and smirk to each other about the clients hair, or this was how it was perceived. It did make me think about how the staff treat the clients.
