Delighted with my haircut - this is my second cut with Alice and she really does do a very good job. Just one point, though - I think the whole salon could do with a jolly good clean. Lots of dust on the surfaces and the mirrors have a dirty film over them.

I came here for a wet cut, I was happy with the cut but the day after I decided I didn't quite like the bangs I had cut in (my preference, nothing to do with hairdressers cutting). I was able to come back and get them changed for free which I really appreciated! Thank you!

The staff are so amazing and polite - battled with no hot water as boilers had broken but none of them phased by it. Worked as a team - really polite to each other too as well as clients. Will always come back xx

The service is always excellent and friendly. My only complaint is the price. It has gone up considerably and although I understand the need to cover overheads I'm not sure we can justify the cost anymore.
