So glad to have got a last minute appointment before second lockdown-not with my usual stylist but all the stylists are good so that was not a problem. The girls were all doing their best to fit customers in & keep upbeat. Lady on reception was coping really well with constant phone calls & walk in enquiries, keeping calm & professional despite being really busy. Well done for making it feel safe & doing your best, despite knowing you will be lockdown again. Thank you
