I had a great experience at The Cutting Room Alton. Megan did a great job at making me feel comfortable and listening to what I wanted my hair to look like and also advised me when I wasn’t quite sure. She also gave me some advice regarding products and styling. I was offered drinks and had great conversation and wasn’t just sat there awkwardly like I have been previously in other hairdressers. The environment is very nice and all the hairdressers are very welcoming!

Always made to feel welcome. Coffee is appreciated. Salon was busy this evening when I arrived and staff were apologetic that they were running late but it didn't matter as I was kept updated with what was happening. Best salon I have ever visited. Huge thanks to Ellie.
