I am delighted with the way Sammy cut and styled my hair. She took the time to explain what would suit my hair condition, type and face shape without autonomously choosing a hairstyle. I am grateful to her for respecting my strong preference for a low-maintenance yet presentable haircut. I further appreciated the friendly welcome, the cosy atmosphere and the lovely cup of tea served with a jug of milk and a biscuit! Lastly, I loved that there was no hard sales pitch for any hair products, which I usually find off-putting. Normally, I never book any appointments in advance, but this time I was so happy with the service that I pre-booked a haircut with Sammy again.
