I had a fantastic experience at the cutting room with Ellie! She was very kind and was very polite and gave me some brilliant advice alongside giving me a wonderful haircut! I also had a lovely hair wash (I didn’t catch the girls name who did it) but she was very attentive and was gentle. It was very relaxing. I have never visited the cutting room before but I certainly will again as I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Just what I needed!
