Absolutely fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. Ally is an incredible asset to this team and I throughly enjoyed my time in the chair with her as much as the wonderful job she did on a balayage with pink tint. Will be going back and asking for Ally time after time and have no hesitation in recommending the Cutting Room to friends.

Ellie was lovely. Unfortunately the colour made very little difference compared to what I was expecting. It’s still very nice, not nearly where I wanted it to be. Maybe next time tho.

First time visit to this salon as looking for an Aveda hairdressers. Felt stylish inside and cut and blow dry was fine, but felt let down by the wash part of the service. An apprentice washed my hair in what seemed like seconds, my scalp wasn't even touched during the shampoo. I spent more time sitting in the chair with a towel on my head waiting for my stylist to return. A real shame as this appointment was supposed to be a treat, and the wash part of the service is part of that.

I was charged for. Toner, which I didn’t have. Thankfully queried at the time and refunded, but could easily have overpaid…. Worth staff itemising services when paying so this doesn’t happen again. Payment processed immediately, refund still waiting…..
