At the end of my appointment (around 7 pm) another client came into the salon and was shouting into her cell phone—-for a long time—until I left. I asked the front desk staff what language she was speaking (Arabic) and they did nothing about trying to quiet her. They made some kind of feeble excuse “I guess she’s angry.” This experience—her shouting, the staff taking no action to quiet her—totally ruined the high quality environment of the salon. I was very glad to be leaving at that point but she was still yelling into her phone when I left. Her level of discourtesy was unacceptable AND it is shameful that the salon did nothing to quiet her. If this customer is so very valuable to the salon, might I suggest that you invite her to pay for my services with Carlos? You can issue a credit to my card and bill -200 GBP to her. I welcome your reply.
