Marta was my stylist and she was amazing. She gave me really good advice, very personalised to me. She has also given me thoughts and opinions from her members of staff which was reassuring too. Everything was great and Yoko is an excellent stylist. However, I was a little upset to find that a £1 charge was added for PPE, which I presume was the disposable face mask offered to me instead of my own reusable face mask, on the suggestion that my own face mask would become wet from the hair wash. No indication was given that a charge would be added for accepting this considerate offer. Transparency of the cost would have been much appreciated. Otherwise, the experience was excellent!

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Your feedback is extremely important to us and we truly appreciate it. Since reopening the business after the lockdowns, we decided to add this small charge to each bill in order to cover part of the extra cost with new regulations in place. A lot of other businesses reflected this cost in their increased prices. However, ironically, we thought this is a more transparent method to handle our relationship with our customers. My hairdresser, Yoko is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Been coming to her for 10 years. Never had a bad cut, she works magic every time. Gone are the days of tears at the hairdressers. Just one gripe about this salon, that you have to pay for refreshments, even for water. It feels more welcoming to be offered a drink on the house like most other hairdressers.
