Obviously during a pandemic I was concerned about hygiene but the area was disinfected before use, Sana was in mask and visor, my temperature was taken (by an infrared style thing that doesn't touch you) before I sat down, and the way that her tinting and threading products were used were clearly the result of lots of thought about safety. I felt safe and the overall experience was still very friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to feel a bit more human after months of working from home.
