I pre booked an appointment for threading approximately three weeks in advance with my usual therapist. I received a text the day before to confirm I would attend, which I did. I arrived for my appointment to be told that she was on holiday all week. I was seen by another therapist, I have no complaints about the treatment and was very happy with the lady I saw ...however ...some people might be a bit miffed by the fact they did not receive a phone call to say that the particular therapist wasn’t there when the appointment had been booked and confirmed the day before.
