Jourdann has done my nails for as long as I can remember - she's a real credit to your spa! Professional, friendly, able to hold a good conversation, interested in everything and has a real attention to detail with her work! She supports her colleagues in developing their skills and leads the team well. I have, however missed being able to have a pedicure and just as I thought it was going to happen, there was a leak in the spa! Please get it back to normal!!
