I rated value for money as a 10 but my massage and manicure were a present and I did not know the cost. However my massage was superb. Really hit the right spots. Not rushed and very relaxing. Double checked about firmness and pressure of massage especially on those knots!!! The downstairs salon at Jarrolds Norwich was a nice cozy and relaxed setting. My manicure was a real treat as I had previously been a nail biter for 40+ years. Good advice given and the experience was not rushed. Staff were all very professional but exceptionally friendly. Will return.

I had a dermatologica facial with Hannah, the results were great as always. Hannah is a very skilled and knowledgeable beauty therapist, and spend time to provide the best facial tailored to your needs. Highly recommend.
