retreat spa is fantastic. Lovely staff, great quality treatments and very well priced. A bigger spa would be great as I have trouble getting an appointment

Chloe was very friendly and chatty. There was a huge choice of colours of polish and I had time to make my choice with no rushing. I was really pleased with my gel manicure Chloe took a lot of care to get a neat finish. The girls at the salon were all very friendly and helpful to customers and with each other which was lovely to see. Thank you jarrolds retreat spa I will be back.

I'm disappointed again with the service. I always book appointments but was left waiting 20 minutes last time and 10 minutes this time, I'm usually kept waiting. I have to rush up from Riverside Road for these appointments and only get half an hour paid breaks so am disappointed at this level of service. My eyebrows were over plucked too - when I clearly said I wanted to keep them as full as possible and just wanted a tidy up.
