I use the Retreat at least monthly. Giordann is excellent an went above and beyond today when she noticed that I had my usual nail appt but has also booked online a leg wax later in the day - she called to say she could fit both in at the same time if I arrived 30 mins early! Fabulous customer service! I run a leadership development organisation and have the highest expectations - she always exceeds these!

Booked soak off and gel where price list says £28. When came to pay I had to pay £35.50 as was advised had to pay more as had not had my nails done with you before. Disappointed as did not state on price this/website. Otherwise nice experience.

Have been a client for year and love the service! I usually have Giordan, and if she isn't available, Becca. Both are consummate professionals and offer a wonderful nail service. All the therapists are able and willing to talk about a range of topics, sadly that skill is quite rare in other salons I visit as when travel. The downstairs is looking a little tired now, but I understand that might change!

Always lovely to visit the Jarrold Retreat, lovely ladies, have OPI gel nails and I always go with a photo well a few and then we decide which ones we are going to go for and they are always stunning, just started at the beginning of this year to have facials so relaxing, skin always feels amazing and the advice that is given regarding products is always fabulous
