I would have been happier if I had not found my pedicure had not been booked. I rang for the appointment, spoke to someone and discussed whether to have hands or feet done first, agreed hands first but when I arrived I had two bookings for 0930 and none for 1030 so couldn't have my toes done. Very disappointed. Off on holiday this afternoon.

Like the treatments available normally. Missing facials and pedicures now. Nails and brows still catered for. Lovely ladies. Will be back more when we can have facials.

I treated my Mum for her birthday to have her nails done. She doesn’t work and looks after her nails, but after just three days the nails are chipping again which is so sad for the money I paid for a present. She had a lovely day and then it’s a bit ruined. The lady who done her treatment was lovely.

Pre-booked a brow wax at Sanaa as I don't like brow threading, which I find especially painful. I felt like I was being encouraged to go for threading instead of what I had requested - and that I needed to explain myself, which wasn't really all that pleasant. What's more, this isn't the first time this has happened. I only mention it because getting my brows waxed is a treat for me. I want to feel welcome and that my choice of treatment will, by default, be respected when I book my appointment.

This Was The first time I had my eyebrows threaded. The last that did it was very down to business and didn't talk to me about the treatment at all...
