Sana is an excellent beautician and always gets my brows threaded just right! My one issue is that she is the best in the team and I have to book her in advance which is sometimes tricky for her and me to get a date scheduled in that suits. This is just one of those things, as her team are lovely too, but I prefer to have her do my brows just the way I like them (it's a very personal thing). I wonder whether the team could do other treatments and Sana focus on the brow threading? That way she won't have too much workload!
