Comment
I was slightly disappointed with my appointment even i have been visiting the salon since 2017. The reason is that i booked my appointment with Marek for root dye and blowdry as i booked these services specially for him because i know his job. The only thing that he actually did is to mix the dyes and i was handed over to two different ladies which were switching to each other because the salon was busy. I don't mind if the salon was busy and short of staff and it took me nearly 2 and half hours to get me ready,but i would have appreciated it to be informed in advance than telling me during my appointment.
