I have always been someone that disliked getting my hair cut as I never felt listened to. I am so glad I have found B&B, and Olivia in particular as she is amazing - she really takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and will recommend what she thinks will look good and work with your hair type. I always leave smiling and feeling a boost in confidence with fab hair! Thank you :)
