My hair colour was nice BUT I was in the salon for 5 hours! Which was completely unnecessary as the same cut and colour at previous hair dressers usually takes 3 hours. Donna was pleasant however there was another customer in a couple of hours after my appointment started I was left for longer than necessary at different phases of my colouring process while Donna saw to them instead. Time management was not good which impacted my experience as I was unable to relax as I began to realise I was going to be late for my next engagement, which had to be cancelled in the end. I was disappointed that I wasn’t made to feel like a priority considering it cost me £144 for the privilege.
