Even though I was unwell today after having a surgical procedure recently, I needed my hair sorting and i had 2 other guests with me that wanted to use Squires & Lane as always. Absolute five star service today and always. We always get treated like VIPs when we go to S&L. From the moment you go through the door to the minute you leave, you are made to feel amazing. Caris who is the newest member of Squires and Lane.. this is a huge shoutout to you.. the first of hopefully many more.. Caris did my shampoo and condition today and washed my hair. She knew about my psoriasis and wasn't fussed. She then proceeded to do an Indian head massage.. and oh my absolute christ. I've never had one like it.. and il be very disappointed if "Indian Head Massage with Caris" is not added to the Salon Price List!! I would actually pay for a good 20 - 30 minute head massage from her.. if today was anything to go by.. it was absolutley INCREDIBLE. My 2 guests had their hair cut by Rachel and were absolutley over the moon, and my cut and blowdry was done by Yasmin, again nothing but five star service. Absolutley cannot fault them. One thing I love about Squires is you always go in not feeling or looking your best but come out feeling amazing and despite me not feeling so well, I did come out feeling so much better. Caris is the newest member of the Squires and Lane, and with her being a open water swim teacher too.. she's litterally taken to it like a duck to water haha! See what I did there 🤣 But no, I wish Caris all the best with her new venture and I know she is gonna go so so far with this new career. She's an absolutley amazing person and we wish her all the best. Thanks so much guys! See you again real soon, Sammiie, & Guests xxx
