Went for a patch test for laser hair removal. Sam was very clear and helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. She comes across as very knowledgeable about the process - not just the machine and the treatment but also the experience of getting this treatment as a customer. I am very excited to get started with my treatment at NuYu.

I have been seeing Sam at Nuyu for some years now and generally have facial treatments. The salon is always clean and tidy and the treatment takes place on time. Sam is a total professional, always welcoming and has the perfect balance of a top rate therapist with a calm and pleasant manner. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after my treatment. Highly recommend.

My 3rd visit to Nuyu and it’s been fantastic as always. Sam is so professional and makes you feel comfortable at the same time. The service has been amazing and she really cares about her clients. I always look forward to my appointments. Really do recommend this for anyone!
