I only have my hair done normally twice a year for special occasions because I can't find a hairdresser I trust - so many bad experiences where I've not been listened to, nor do they care about their service - WELL I choose VSpa as an 'eekk - i hope this is going to go well!' salon as I was starting a new job. Well - I have found my new salon at last! I was treated as a person, with respect, kindness and fantastic customer service! I was listened to and made sure I was OK and happy throughout every hair cut. The staff are absolutely lovely, very professional. My stylist is Thowi, who I will now see every 6-8wks. I trust her opinion and her expertise. Thank you! I'm finally happy to have found my hair salon at aged 50! I'm also looking forward to trying out the VSpa beauty next door ;)
