I had a wonderful experience when recently visiting the salon. It was extremely clean and hygienic, and I felt very safe and relaxed whilst there, despite the current epidemic. The girls were very friendly, in particular Jess, who gave me my treatment. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the salon. I couldn’t recommend The Powder Room highly enough and will definitely be back again myself for more treatments.

What can I say, again The Powder Room Knock it out of the park. I was informed by a sign to wait at the door, and then invited to enter, I then washed and sanitised my hand before being taken to a freshly cleaned work station. I was given my own buffer and nail file which will be kept for the next visit. My impression was that The salon is spotlessly clean, and was constantly sanitised. Having waited so long to have my nails done, Jodie did not disappoint. My nails look amazing again. Thank you. The girls are a credit to Claire and I’m just so glad we can get back to normal (albeit with masks, visors and cleaning products at the stations. Loving the colour ❤️ X

As usual ThePowder Room came up to expectations. On arrival I was asked to wash my hands, I already had a mask on and my beautician had on her PPE of gloves, disposable apron and visor. I was given my own personal nail file and buffer in a bag to be used for further appointments. I had to choose my nail colour from the large selection displayed without touching the bottle before being shown to my seat. The salon door was left open for further ventilation and all further clients waited outside until their technician was ready in new PPE (chair provided). The seating arrangements fulfilled all the social distancing advice and all cloths used were disposed of after use. It felt very safe and good to be back with the chitchat. I wish Clare and her team all the best. PS my nails looked fabulous- thanks Jodie.

It was so good to be back with the powder room girls for my nails doing 17/07/20 following covid lockdown. Totally looked after and all necessary precautions taken seriously.
