I have always been a hairy person and it’s something I have been very conscious and insecure of. I got recommended for the laser treatment on my face and honestly it has changed my life. The first time I had it I cried not because of the treatment just because I was emotional that I had to go through this to feel nice. The beauty therapist was absolutely amazing. Calmed me down and made me feel like it’s ok to be hairy. Well I have seen her regularly for my laser and I now I’m not insecure to wear my hair up and show my face and my goodness the results are just unreal. It’s not only helped me with my confidence but made me feel womanly and sexy again. Could not thank the staff enough. A lot of people go to beauty parlours for the nails and the lashes which I would say is the ‘nice treatments’ and I have to go for the hair removal and go out looking red but not once have any of the staff made me feel less than I am and believe me I have felt that in my head. They are friendly of course but for me it meant more with the sympathy and the compassion because it’s not always nice going in for the ‘ugly qualities’ I will be saving up my pennies and getting laser again because the difference in me has made such a difference. I would rate more than 5 stars!!
